This week I have a super quick & easy paper flower tutorial, some fun bible journaling supplies and a brand new printable Traveler's Notebook Insert to share with you! Yay!

Quick & Easy Paper Flower Tutorial
I did a Mini-Make Monday video on this cute paper flower last week, click below to check it out:
The video is pretty self explanatory, it's such an easy embellishment to make. But here are the supplies I used and a few tips:
-You can really use any kind of paper for this. Scraps are ideal since you're making such small pieces. I used leftovers from my printable pockets & tags set.
-Any fabric, tulle or lace will give lots of layered texture to your flower. The tulle I'm using in the video is actually one of those little princess skirts from the dollar store!
-Instead of stapling you could also glue, sew on a button, or poke a hole in the center and use a brad.
-I'll have a tip for that mini star confetti in the newsletter tomorrow morning (Saturday) so be sure and join us if you haven't already!
Bible Journaling & Happy Mail Shopping
I have been doing some bible journaling supply shopping and I have to share with you some of my favorite finds!
First of all I fell completely in love with this print when I saw it and had to buy it immediately! You might know Mandy from all her cute Illustrated Faith kits, but she also has a shop full of adorable prints like this one! (If you follow me on instagram you already know the story of why there are two prints. ♥ ) There are so many more that I want! I will be stalking her shop for awhile!instagram friend Tiffany has such a charming little shop full of mini fabric doris that she makes herself and beautiful bible journaling cards with scriptures and quotes.
Her kits also include vintage goodies like playing cards. They are just so beautiful! I ordered the one above last week and I was amazed at all the sweet touches she included. (My only problem now is wanting to hoard it all instead of using it in my journal!)
And finally, I couldn't resist these little house stamps any longer. They are so pretty! I was a little worried that they would be mostly cute and not stamp that well, but they actually stamp really well!
New Traveler's Notebook Insert
I'm so excited to show you my new Traveler's Notebook insert! It's called "Promise Fulfilled" and it's in the same Painted Pages series as my last TN. It's full of bright happy painted papers that I know will give you a great start to your own faith art journaling!
The cover is a collage of my painted papers and one of my drawings.
The printable pages have lots of vintage papers including vintage book pages, vintage hymnal pages and vintage ledger pages. Plus sewing pattern tissue, graph paper and notebook paper. They're all pages that I've hand-painted and use in my journal.
Be sure you're subscribed to the newsletter because I send out a coupon code every week (not to mention exclusive tips, links and even free bible journaling printables sometimes)! The next one will go out tomorrow morning (Saturday) so it's not too late to sign up!
Peace & Grace,
"Not one word of all the good promises that the Lord had made to the house of Israel had failed; all came to pass." -Joshua 21:45
